Overview
TC Forensic
Forensic science: casings on the ground, fingerprints, DNA sampling, laboratory, camera and investigation tablet.
VisionESXQBCoreQboxStandalonev1.3.0
tc-forensic gives the police real forensic work: physical traces at the scene, samples taken from people, an analysis laboratory, a camera and an investigation tablet to tie everything together.
#Features
- Physical casings on the ground: one per bullet, visible with a light (on-duty police with their flashlight, everyone else with the UV lamp).
- Fingerprints left on vehicles and doors (
ox_doorlock). - DNA / fingerprint / gunshot-residue sampling on a person, with consent (“Accept / Refuse” prompt) or without consent if the person is restrained.
- DNA database: profiles and DNA / fingerprint codes.
- Analysis laboratory: ballistics, DNA, fingerprints, paint, gunshot residue, with adjustable durations.
- Camera with photo folders (requires
screenshot-basic). - Investigation tablet: cases, people, vehicles, evidence, notes, link board.
- UV lamp, casing bag (30-slot mini inventory), evidence locker.
- Gloves: no fingerprints left.
#Frameworks and dependencies
Frameworks: Vision (core) · ESX · QBCore · Qbox · standalone, auto-detected (Config.Bridge).
| Resource | Status |
|---|---|
oxmysql, tc-ui | required (start before) |
ox_lib | required (manifest) |
ox_target / qb-target | optional: aimed menu on people and vehicles |
ox_inventory / qb-inventory | optional (recommended for item metadata) |
screenshot-basic | required for the camera |
tc-logs | optional: Discord logs |
ox_doorlock | optional: fingerprints on doors |
rpemotes | optional: tablet in hands during /enquete |
Inventory and metadata
Items carry metadata (evidence id, photo id…). You need ox_inventory (recommended, even on ESX) or a QBCore inventory with info. ESX's native inventory has none.
#Evidence system
- Vision: evidence (casings, fingerprints, blood…) is the core's, as before.
- Other frameworks: internal tables
tc_forensic_evidence/tc_forensic_custody. Casings, fingerprints and gunshot residue are created there by the script; other types (blood, powder, fragments, impacts) are added through theCreateEvidence/DropBloodexports.
Bullet trajectories in the camera viewfinder are specific to the Vision core.
