tc-forensic commands, access rights and fallback without a target system.

With ox_target / qb-target (or the Vision menu), sampling is done through the aimed menu on the person or vehicle: the fallback commands are then not needed.
Access
- Vision: police jobs come from the core. Staff:
Config.StaffPermissionsorConfig.AdminDiscords, through/gestion→ Forensic science. - Other frameworks: jobs from
Config.Police.jobs, on duty. Staff: ACEcommand, admin group orConfig.Bridge.Admins.
#Using the items

#Sampling a person
- Get close (
Config.Sampling.range, 2.5 m by default). - Choose DNA, fingerprints or gunshot residue (aimed menu, or fallback command).
- The target receives an Accept / Refuse prompt (
consentTimeout: 20 s). No answer: refusal. - No consent needed if the target is cuffed, down or dead (
forceIfRestrained). - A 6 s progress bar runs, then the sample item is given.
The gunshot-residue test is positive if the person fired within the last gsrWindow minutes (45 by default).
#Picking up a casing
Switch on your light (on-duty police: flashlight; others: UV lamp), get close (≤ 1.6 m) and follow the prompt. Pick-up lasts pickupTime ms.
